Manager Portal
- In the Manager Portal, click the Domains button at the top of the page, and then click a domain under the Name column.
- Click Users at the top of the page.
- Under the Name column, click the name of the user for whom you want to enable recording. (TIP: If there are a lot of users, use the Search box at the top left of the page to find the user.)
- In the Record User’s Calls field, click Yes from the drop-down menu.
