Manager Portal

  1. In the Manager Portal, click the Domains button at the top of the page, and then click a domain under the Name column.
  2. Click Users at the top of the page.
  3. Under the Name column, click the name of the user for whom you want to enable recording. (TIP: If there are a lot of users, use the Search box at the top left of the page to find the user.)
  4. In the Record User’s Calls field, click Yes from the drop-down menu.
