Feature Access Codes (FAC) – also known as Star Codes – are a convenient method for turning features on and off. With FAC codes, you can activate or deactivate features by dialling the star code on your telephone, Cross Connect mobile app and/or Call Connect web phone.

| *87 | Disable Reject Anonymous Call | Disable Automatically Reject any incoming Anonymous Numbers |
| *78 | Activate DND | Activate Do Not Disturb (on all devices) |
| *79 | Deactivate Do Not Disturb | Disable Do Not Disturb (all devices) |
| *88 | Group Pickup | Pick up a call that is ringing at an extension that belongs to the same domain |
| *89 | Site Pickup | Pick up a call that is ringing at an extension that belongs to the same site |
